Masjid mula-mula dikenali sebagai Masjid Taliair 6,Masjid yang berkapasiti 300 jemaah dengan jarak 1KM dari Pekan Sekinchan dan Jalan Utama Kuala Selangor Teluk Intan terletak pada lot 11068 dengan keluasan kawasan 4,651 ekar,Pekan Sekinchan,Mukim Pasir Panjang Daerah Sabak Bernam juga dikenali sebagai Masjid Pekan Sekinchan.<\/p><p>Setelah 3 tahun beroperasi, Jawatankuasa ketika itu bersetuju menamakan masjid ini dengan nama Masjid Nurul Alaniah Pekan Sekinchan.<\/p><p>Pertambahan penduduk dengan wujudnya dan pembukaan Taman-taman Perumahan yang baru dan pertumbuhan kilang perusahaan disekeliling persekitaran masjid dan semakin padat dan sesak dengan penduduk Jemaah, Masjid ini dibina penambahan keluasannya pada tahun 2003 yang boleh memuatkan Jemaah sehingga 1200 jemaah pada sesuatu masa.<\/p><p>Masjid ini terus berkembang dengan pelbagai kemudahan dari hasil sumbangan orang ramaim penderma-penderma dan agensi-agensi serta badan korporat.<\/p><p>Masjid ini juga terdapat 3 surau,surau Muflihun Parit 7 Sungai Leman, Surau Nurul Islamiah Kg Parit 5 dan Surau Taman Harmoni.<\/p><p>Jawatankuasa masjid yang diterajui oleh <em><strong>Tn. Hj, Yusof Bin Muhamad sebagai Nazir Masjid<\/strong><\/em> terus berusaha bagi memastikan masjid ini terus dimakmurkan dan digiatkan lagi
